Ciks (com.tardasoft.ciks) Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the Ciks mobile application (“Application”) provided by TardaSoft (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Application, you accept this policy.

1) Data We Collect

  • Photos: The photo uploaded by the user for style analysis is processed only for the purpose of performing the analysis. It is not permanently stored on our servers.

  • Device ID (local): A unique device identifier generated locally on the device is used to personalize the analysis.

  • Preferences (local): Style/environment choices and like/dislike feedback selected in the feedback/preferences screen are stored locally on your device. They are overwritten after each analysis (not accumulated).

  • Log/technical data: Technical information such as request/response times, IP address, device/OS type may be processed temporarily for debugging and security.

  • Advertising data: Google AdMob may collect data such as advertising ID (AAID/IDFA), approximate location, and device information for ad display purposes.

  • Style Analysis: Your photo is sent to the AI service provided by OpenAI, solely for generating style analysis.

  • Personalization: Preferences and feedback stored on your device are used to personalize recommendations in future analyses.

  • Security and performance: For debugging, preventing abuse, and measuring performance.

  • Advertising: Ads may be displayed through Google AdMob within the Application.

  • Photos: Not permanently stored on our servers; processed temporarily for analysis only.

  • Preferences and device ID: Stored locally on your device (AsyncStorage) and overwritten with each analysis.

  • Server logs: May be retained for a reasonable period for security and operational purposes.

  • You can disable ad personalization from your device settings (Android: reset/limit Ad ID; iOS: “Limit Ad Tracking”).

  • The Application is not directed to families/children, and no child-specific content targeting is performed.

6) Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Application.

7) International Transfers

OpenAI and Google services may process data in countries including the EU/US. By using the Application, you consent to the transfer of your data to these countries.

8) Security

Data is protected during transmission using TLS. However, absolute security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

9) Your Rights

You may contact us with requests for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.
You may delete your preferences directly from your device (by clearing the Application’s data).

10) Data Deletion and Retention Policy

  • Photos are not permanently stored.

  • Preferences stored on the device are deleted when you uninstall the Application or clear its data.

  • Server logs are retained for a reasonable time for security and operational needs.

11) Changes to this Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will take effect once published within the Application or on our website.
